You will learn how to safely asses and conduct CPR for adults, children and infants by completing 13 independent skills.
In these 13 skills you will learn the basics skills of First aid for adults, children and infants
The last skill is how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to complete this course. It is for young and old and our recommendation is that you get the family involved to improve safety.

Questions & Answers
Q: Do I need to be a diver
A: Not at all. It is a first aid course and does not have anything to do with diving.
Q: Is there any diving involved in the course?
A: No. It is a practical course and we complete all the skill in the class room.
Q: how long does it take?
A: It is a 4 hour course we do it on a Saturday morning from 8 till 12.
Q: Is it only valid for 24 months
A: Yes all first aid courses is valid for 24 months because they way CPR is done might change. You don't need to redo the course after 24 months you will just do a refresher and we show you the things that have changed.
